8.0 Settings ModuleIn the Settings Module, the organization administrator has the ability to view several tabs including Helpers, Collaborations, Options, Roles, and Admin. Supervisors can view the Helpers tab.

8.1 Helpers TabIn the Helpers Tab, Organization Administrators can view, edit and add Helpers for their agency or any of their subordinate agencies. Users with Supervisor role can view and resend invitations for staff they manage. As seen in Figure 8.1.a, the Helpers Tab displays a grid for current and past Helpers. The grid of helpers displays columns for each helper, and number of people Helping, the average length helping, needs ever identified, needs currently addressing, strengths ever identified to build and strengths to build.

8.2 Collaborations TabIn the Collaborations Tab, Organization Administrators can view, edit and add collaborations for their agency or any of their subordinate agencies. As seen in Figure 8.2.a, the Collaborations Tab displays a grid for current and past collaborations (identified by an End Date). The grid of collaborations displays columns for each Collaboration Name, Agency, Level, Category, Start Date, End Date and Code. Category Type are customizable fields to help categorize collaboration types based on customer preferences.

8.3 Options TabIn the Options Tab, Organization Administrators can view, edit and add options for selection for many of the drop-down fields within the application, as seen in Figure 8.3.a. The following list provides a list of the 12 drop-downs in the application for which the customer can customize available options for selection. 8.5 AdminThe Admin Tab is reserved for all other administrative tasks, such as data sharing via Care Circles Reporting Units, data import and export processes, as seen in Figure 8.5.a.
